THE CHALLENGE

Immunotec, a prominent health products company in the USA, faced challenges with various backoffices and systems, hindering sales consultants' access to crucial data and decision-making.

THE PARTNERSHIP

In partnership with Gaio, a data intelligence leader, a qualitative research redesign was done on their backoffice, integrating databases and systems into a scalable modern business suite for their consultants, now able to easily access important information, at any time.
